Welcome to 360PSA. Before you engage with us, please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions. We believe in transparency and mutual respect, and these terms are designed to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

1. Industry Focus

We are not a jack of all trades — we are a master of one. 360PSA is a specialist consultancy working exclusively with private security companies. If you're genuinely committed to industry leadership and sustainable growth, you're in the right place.

2. Who We Work With

We collaborate directly with decision-makers only — founders, CEOs, managing directors, or promoters. If you are the key decision-maker, we’re happy to invest our time and even offer pricing flexibility as a mark of respect for your commitment.

3. Relationship-Based Pricing

Our services are structured and premium. However, for the right security companies, we are open to negotiating fees because:

• We value long-term relationships over short-term transactions

• We operate on a 100% advance payment model and reward upfront commitment

• We recognise the value of your time as a decision-maker

• We aim to co-create genuine business outcomes, not just deliverables

4. Service Turnaround Time

All services come with a 7–10 working day turnaround window. Timely delivery depends on your cooperation and prompt communication. Delays from your side may impact timelines.

5. Discovery & Alignment

Before beginning any project, we will conduct a free discovery and alignment call to understand your goals, set expectations, and determine fit. We do this to ensure that every engagement is purposeful.

6. Payment Terms

All projects require 100% advance payment. This ensures smooth execution, resource planning, and a commitment from both sides.

7. Refund Policy

Once a service is booked and payment is made, we do not issue refunds except in the rare event of non-delivery from our end. If such a situation arises, it will be reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis.
Please note: Partial work or early exits from the client’s side are not eligible for refunds.

8. Responsiveness & Input Dependency

Our services are deeply dependent on inputs provided by the client. If the agency owner is unresponsive or unable to provide the necessary information, documents, or feedback within a reasonable timeframe, 360PSA reserves the right to terminate the engagement without refund. We commit only when both sides are aligned and responsive.

9. Ownership of Work

All strategy documents, models, and reports created by us remain the intellectual property of 360PSA. You are granted a non-transferable, lifetime license to use them within your organisation only. IP transfers can be arranged on request.

10. Right to Decline

We reserve the right to decline associations where there is misalignment in values, intent, or expectations.

11. Confidentiality

We respect your business information and are open to signing mutual NDAs before deeper engagements.

12. Implied Agreement to Terms

By purchasing any of our services through our website, email, or direct payment link, it is deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
