Refunds & Cancellations

At 360PSA, we are committed to delivering high-quality, high-impact services. In order to maintain operational efficiency and fairness to all clients, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. Discovery Calls

All discovery calls are currently offered free of charge to qualifying private security business owners. These calls help us determine fit and understand your needs.

If you confirm a slot and fail to attend without notice, we reserve the right to decline future consultations.

 

2. Service Bookings

All our services are pre-paid and non-refundable once booked. This is because:

  • Resources and planning begin immediately upon booking

  • Our work is highly customised and requires strategic focus

  • Timelines and capacity are reserved exclusively for your project

If you choose to exit midway, delay execution, or become unresponsive, no partial refunds or credits will be issued.

 

3. Workshops & Training Sessions

All registrations for live or recorded workshops are non-refundable, regardless of attendance.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, we may, at our discretion, provide access to a recording or defer your seat to a future cohort — subject to availability and internal approval.

 

4. Client-Side Delays or Non-Responsiveness

Our services require active participation and timely inputs from your side.
If there is prolonged unresponsiveness, failure to share necessary materials, or repeated scheduling delays, we reserve the right to terminate the engagement without refund.

 

5. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a booked milestone meeting or review call, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We are happy to accommodate reasonable changes within the agreed timeline.

However, repeated delays may affect overall delivery but will not qualify for refunds.

 

6. Cancellations by 360PSA

In rare circumstances where we are unable to deliver the service due to internal or technical reasons, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Please note this does not apply in cases where delivery is delayed or blocked due to lack of client cooperation or availability.

 

7. Acceptance of Policy and Terms

By booking and paying for any 360PSA service, workshop, or consultation, it is deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to all clauses in this Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions.
